The Classic Vermouth is made with shiraz from Central Victoria. Prominent botanicals includeorange zest, bay leaf and gentian root. This mixis designed to be savoured solo pre or post dinner,served over ice or chilled with a slice of orange. For a twist, it also works beautifully with Calvados.
