It can accompany both delicately flavoured and more structured dishes. It is made entirely from Garganega grapes , selected directly on the vine during the crate harvest. As per the traditional Metodo Classico process, the Cuve is the result of two fermentations, first in the tank and then in the bottle. During the forty months of maturation that follow, it evolves and matures thanks to
