Saturate rods several times, applying approximately two thirds of the neutraliser. Leave five minutes. Remove rods gently without stretching hair. Apply the remainder of neutraliser. Leave a further 3 5 minutes, then rinse hair thoroughly with warm water. Follow with Natural Look Balsam pH 2. 5 Rinse for final treatment
