Guidalberto 2021 Tenuta San Guido pipe italiane combined to create a specialGuidalberto from the historic Bolgheri winery "Tenuta San Guido" is an elegant and intense red wine, born from the desire to produce a younger wine than Sassicaia. It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested from the beginning of September until mid October. The grapes are fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 30 31C and undergo a maceration process which lasts for 15 days, for both vines. The wine is aged for
