I can imagine this being worn by a flapper ready to dance the night away! It features elaborate beading all the way around, and finished with beaded tassels at the end. I created this to be worn for any special occasion wether it be to wear at your birthday party, a 1920s themed night or on you wedding day! I'm getting married next year and I wanted something a bit unique to wear
